Breakfast
According to nutritionists, breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one that should supply our bodies with 1/3 of our daily food intake. When you eat Breakfast you are 'breaking the fast' by supplying the body with the first food for the day after sleep. Skipping Breakfast does not help people lose weight, as it often leads to overeating later in the day.
Nutritionists recommend that Breakfast be based on carbohydrates, preferably from fruits, wholegrain breads, cereals and grains or vegetables. |
