Liquid Measuring Jug
Liquid measuring jugs have a pour spout and a handle which helps when adding the liquid ingredients to your other ingredients. The measurement marks are down from the rim, which help to prevent spilling. There are 250ml per cup. When measuring liquids, always look at eye level. Put the jug on a flat surface, bend down and look at the outside of the jug to get an accurate measurement. Scales
The most important thing to remember when using scales, is that the weight must be set to zero. After placing a bowl on the scales, you can reset the scale to zero by pressing the Tare button. |
